Use ln2.email to convert your email address to your NIP-05 address

Sign-in with your email to https://ln2.email, configure your public-key ("npub..."), and use your email + ".ln2.email" as you NIP-05 address.

For example, if your email is "[email protected]", then your NIP-05 address will be "[email protected]".

And as always, you can also use "[email protected]" as a lightning address that redirects payments to your current lightning wallet (and change that wallet at any time, without having to update your lightning address in every website/forum that you entered it).
