Streambrah X Wavman

I hacked Wavman into Streambrah as its own OBS browser dock and it's pretty cool.

The Nostr Stream Manager tool now has the ability to automatically publish kind 30311 live events and react to OBS events that are fired.

This means:
1. Pressing 'start streaming' on OBS can now automatically publish a kind 30311 event saying you are live
2. Pressing 'stop streaming' on OBS can now automatically publish a kind 30311 event saying your stream has ended.
3. The Stream Manager can continuously publish an update kind 30311 event saying you are still live. (If you don't keep up on this, you won't be discoverable on nostr streaming clients. Latest 30311 events older than an hour are considered ended)
4. Much easier Nostr stream management for streamers and better UI/UX for clients.
5. Automatically update and publish changes to your stream like: title, description, participants, etc.

To demonstrate the power of this I hacked Wavman into Streambrah.

Wavman plays music based on Nostr events. When a song is playing on Wavman it will tell the Stream Manager who the artist is and the artist will automatically be added as a participant. The kind 30311 event is updated and published to the relays. This is all happening automatically in the background.

With zap splits set up, zaps to the streamer could automatically split with the creator of the music playing on stream!
