PPPs: Onboarding Usability Testing

Plans 📆

  • Conduct 2 usability sessions in Thursday 29th

  • After 2 weeks, and after all testing sessions are finished, I will have a open call on Bitcoin Design Community with Mo, amazing UX researcher. She will help me streamline all my data I collected and plan the next steps of creating solutions based on testing feedback. I will also reflect on how I used UX research kit from Botcoin Design and give my input how it reflected my research proces.

Progress ✅

  • In the past 2 weeks, I conducted 4 usability testing sessions with people from different backgrounds. From tech savvy makers on BOLT.FUN, to Fasion store founders, I gathered different perspectives on current prototype.

  • I documented all feedback in Notion

Problems ✋

  • I had tough time finding people who would have the time to test our new onboarding flow prototype. It was mostly due to different time zones, but that setback wasn’t a major problem to continue my work.
