☎️ User Interviews and App Testing 🔗 Recruit 5 existing LNDg Users for User Interviews analyse current user flow Aiming to organise interviews with at least 5 LNDg users (get in touch if you'd like to volunteer) and gather enough information to prioritise data inputs/outputs and define a refined and more digestible information architecture, feeding the wireframing process that follows.
Define Comparative Research criteria: We identified a few tools in the market with similar functionalities and we'll proceed with a comparison between them all. The outcomes of this exercise will help define the user journeys defining new ways to perform/analyse available actions/data through LNDg new GUi.

We'll also look at other dashboards that are not directly related to LNDg but are well-designed and/ or have a larger user base.

Created infrastructure and tools for the project. As part of the process we evaluate new alternatives to existing tools and we found Taiga, StrawPoll and PenPot worth to be tested. We also add to the stack a Linux Server, Github, Figma, and obviously Slack & Discord cor communications.
Organised a few product demos of the current state
Connected with other makers interested in collaborating
Defined UX Research plan with the support of Mo from the Bitcoin.Design Community and a few other people participating in the Designthon.
