Piggy Progress

We're pushing on with Piggy development

Lots of the Arduino code has been written to allow the piggy to get LNURL-pay links as well as wallet balance and a list of payments.

The epaper displays also arrived this week so work is starting on rendering the data on these displays in a nice format.
