PeerTube plugin

Finally got my wallet restored so I could log back in and give an update :)

PeerTube Plugin development is continuing. Earned a big sat bounty from Alby for the plugin. Continue adding features and enhancements. Currently working on split boostagrams and the configuration interface. Splits can go to a Lightning address, a Lightning node, or any custom keysend configuration. The hosting #PeerTube instance can set a hosting fee that is automatically added to the split.

Added some enhancements for legacy currency support for creators who haven't seen the light yet. Allows a mildly more convenient process for using third party super chat services. Currently supporting tipeeestream, streamlabs, donationalerts,nonate.stream, and ko-fi.

Even if the creators instance doesn't have the plugin installed, If they have any lightning address or third party tipping link in their profile, viewers can still easily tip from an instance with the plugin.
