Netonomy Pitch
🪨 Problem
When logging into the internet today we are essentially logging into Google, Apple, Meta, or Amazon. The web has become controlled by these centralized corporations.
🔎 Solution
Instead of the client/server model that exists on the internet today, what if we shifted to everyone becoming their own server. What if everyone controlled their digital identity and data, then provided it to applications? Instead of the other way around.
We can shift to this new paradigm by using some new technologies:
Decentralized Identifiers (DIDs) - a unique address representing who you are on the decentralized web. Only you are in control
Decentralized Web Nodes (DWNs) - a personal data store for private and public data. Instead of all your information spread across all your different apps, they can request to store your data with you
Nostr - a censorship resistent social network
🔨 What we Built
We built an application that ties all of these technologies together, while bringing in AI and bitcoin.
Login Flow:
-
Connect webln wallet and nostr pub key
-
Create DID and DWN in the browser
Personal Data Store
- Store files, photos, and videos in your personal private data store
AI Agent
-
We built a server that has a L402 wrapper around the openai api, so users can interact with AI just using bitcoin
-
The AI agent has some nostr tools and can publish nip-90 jobs
-
Create a job for an algorithmic nostr feeds, and pick a result

🔮 Future Improvements
-
Shift to Chrome extension and mobile app
-
Make nostr posts using data from your DWN + full nostr client
-
Give the AI Agent access to the nostr, lightning, and dwn accounts, but Safely!
-
Verifiable Credentials
-
Direct Messages from DWN to DWN
-
Store Contacts in DWN
-
Custom Profiles
