Meet the finalists!

Hello there Makers!

It goes without saying that this tournament wouldn’t have been what it was without every project taking part. Whilst we can’t give out prizes to everyone, we can start by saying a huge thank you and congratulations to everyone. The standard of building in this tournament was INSANE, and you’ve all played a huge part in driving forward bitcoin innovation and adoption on the application layer - so for that, we thank you 🤗 but the fun doesn’t stop there…

We’re pleased to announce our 10 finalists of #LegendsOfLightning tournament!

All projects will go on to pitch their products in front of a live global audience on the Closing Ceremony (Dec 17th). In no particular order, the finalists are… 🥁

Closing Ceremony

Closing Ceremony will take place tomorrow on December 17th @ 20:00 UTC, giving finalists a shot a winning some huge bitcoin prizes in front of a global audience and panel of judges! The livestream will be hosted on BOLT🔩FUN’s YouTube channel!

Taking part?

Are you one of the selected finalists and want to do demonstrate your project live? Here’s what you’ll need to do:

  • Prepare a short 5 minute presentation of your project (ideally in the form of a pitch, however it could also be a video walkthrough/demo of your product).

    • Include details such as: What problem does this product solve? What audience am I targeting? Who built it and how? What are the future plans and roadmap?

  • If you are not available to pitch it live, please pre-record a 5 minute video and we will stream it for you. Ideally, please have someone present who can answer any follow up questions.

Help your fellow makers!

For projects that didn't make it to finals, don’t worry! The journey doesn't stop here! You are part of our community and there will be many opportunities for you very soon.

Support your fellow makers by reviewing their pitches, testing out their projects and giving them some feedback.

Also you have the opportunity to promote your projects and introduce yourselves in “Meet the Makers” series, just sign up via this application form!
