Introducing micropay.ai π
micropay.ai is an app which micropaymentizes generative AI software.
You pay-as-you-go instead of committing to bulk credits in advance or paying for monthly subscriptions.
We built this site due to a personal problem we faced when we got access to OpenAI's Dalle-2 text-to-image model earlier this year.

Problemβ
OpenAI, the creators of the Dalle-2 AI model, charge $15 for 115 generation credits. We didnβt want to pay that since we werenβt going to use all of it.
Solution β
Allow users to pay-as-you-go whenever they need generative AI. Payments are accepted in Bitcoin over the Lightning Network β‘.
Features β¨
-
Generate 4 AI images using the Dalle-2 text-to-image AI model for 1000 sats each
-
Generate 1 AI image using the Stable Diffusion text-to-image AI model (3 times for free)
-
Easy UX for a brand new user who is not familiar with the lightning network ecosystem
-
Magic wand button to autofill prompts
-
Option to bulk purchase generations in advance with a discounted pricing model using LSAT technology
Roadmap π
-
Short-term: Build out several small products using different AI models to test the market including
-
GPT-3
-
Stable Diffusion
