How might we confirm a maker is who they when they communicate with us out of BOLT.FUN?

I thought it could be interesting to use signed messages for certain "actions" that we haven't yet implemented. I guess those signed messages thinking about it now could actually be Nostr DMs... Anyway here's the points I wanted to explore.

• Maker wants to perform an action that hasn't been implemented in the UI as yet. We can allow them to sign some message in order to confirm the action.

• Maker may want to regain access to their account but aren't able to login due to lost keys.
