How can someone view his DMs from his mobile device

If I have a nostr key generated/stored in my alby/nos2x/...etc extension, and someone sends me an encrypted DMs, how can I view these messages from my mobile for example??

Am I only able to view them from the device that has the nostr extension??

Isn't there a better way to handle that??
