1️⃣ First week report
First of all, our CEO was invited by Johns Beharry and Marina Spindler to: Meet the Maker: Featuring Philipp Hoenisch, Founder of 10101

🤝 Connecting with other builders
Our attention was caught by a very interesting project presented on Bolt.Fun : Bijli, a non-custodial Bitcoin Lightning Wallet using LDK & Flutter by Anipy
We can't help but admire the work he's done on his own, and we took the opportunity offered by Bolt.Fun to let him know! As we've already mentioned, our biggest challenges lie in the UI/UX area, which is why we asked him to join forces with us for Legends of Lightning vol2!.
He's currently taking a look at our code base, and so should you!
We definitely need you 🫵 to contribute in achieving our vision, so if you're a UI/UX designer, or if you know someone, let's connect and start building together!
Oh, and obviously, as a company aiming to build on the long run, we might have work for you after the tournament!
👩💻 Let's talk about coding
We've mainly been fixing bugs and preparing the infrastructure so that we can start work on 〰️_PEGZ_.
As you may (or may not?) know, our application allows you to have a self-custodial Lightning wallet, and to open leveraged positions using DLCs (discreet log contracts).These features can then be used to create a hedge that maintains a stable value expressed in USD, collateralized in Sats, all in a self-custodial manner. More on this on our blog

We've started to implement the
dlc_channelrenewal protocol. Alternatively, we could have simply closed and reopened channels. But it's much more efficient to simply renew an existing dlc rather than recreate it (If you want to learn more on DLCs) -
Bug fixing a stuck rollover. Keeping a stable position perpetual is essential.
These two tasks were important in order to create a persistant 〰️PEGZ, that way, you can keep a balance in "stablecoin" with no expiration date

We want to focus on the UI/UX of 〰️_PEGZ_, starting from the beginning: what do we need to show on the wallet screen?
