Design Internship Progress Logs Week 17 Day 2

Today, I focused on updating the content for the AI4ALL hackathon emails and creating the user journey for hackathon registration.

• Challenges: One of the challenges I encountered was creating a seamless user journey that accommodates both registered makers and non-makers. I faced challenges in defining user journeys for both registered makers with existing profiles and individuals who are not yet makers. Additionally, I worked on incorporating emails and notifications within the user journey. I had to ensure that the user experience was intuitive and clear for both groups, considering their different needs and expectations. Another challenge was improving the various emails and including notifications that are part of the registration process.

• Progress: During today's work, I made significant progress in updating the hackathon content and mapping out the user journey. I refined the user flow to address the challenges mentioned above, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly experience.

• Plans: Moving forward, I plan to continue refining the user journey and email notifications based on feedback and user testing. I will also work on further improving the content for the AI4ALL hackathon, ensuring it effectively communicates the event's value and encourages participation.

• How did I use ChatGPT today: Today, I utilized ChatGPT to enhance the email content for the hackathon. By leveraging the language capabilities of ChatGPT, I was able to generate more engaging and impactful email content. This allowed me to improve the overall communication and messaging for the hackathon participants, making the emails more informative and inspiring.
