Design Internship Progress Logs Week 17 Day 1

My recent work focused on two main tasks: cleaning up Figma files by organizing components and graphics and generating email content for an event using ChatGPT. By enhancing the efficiency of our design workflow and contributing to the communication efforts, I aimed to optimize the design process.

Challenges: One of the challenges I faced while cleaning up the Figma files. It was important to make sure that components and graphics were properly organized and easily accessible to the design team. Additionally, generating email content using ChatGPT presented the challenge of maintaining a consistent and engaging tone while conveying the necessary information effectively.

Progress: I contributed to a more efficient design workflow, allowing the team to access and reuse assets easily. In terms of generating email content using ChatGPT, I gained valuable experience in leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline content creation and improve communication efforts for the hackathon.

How did I use ChatGPT today: During my work today, I utilized ChatGPT to generate email content for the upcoming event.
