Design Internship Progress Logs Week 14 Days 2 and 3

I'm doing this exercise before designing the Peak Shift Ltd. website. Johns and I are creating concepts for Peak Shift posters and from there building a more coherent Idea for the website design.

• Challenges: One of the challenges I faced during the past two days was coming up with poster concepts that effectively represent Peak Shift Ltd. It was important to find a balance between showcasing the company's identity through visual elements like the logo and typography, while also conveying its core values and services in a visually appealing manner.

• Plans: I will continue refining the chosen poster concept, incorporating feedback from Johns. Once the poster design is finalized, the next step will be to translate it into a web page design for the Peak Shift Ltd. website. This will involve adapting the visual elements, typography, and overall concept to create a cohesive and engaging online experience for visitors.

• Progress: Over the past two days, I have been working closely with Johns to brainstorm and develop various poster concepts for Peak Shift Ltd. We have explored different visual approaches, experimented with layouts, and refined the designs to create visuals that capture the essence of the company. Through this process, I have gained valuable insights into the importance of visual storytelling and aligning designs with the brand identity.

• How did I use Chat GPT today: I had specific questions regarding the best practices for visual storytelling, layout composition, and incorporating brand elements. ChatGPT proved to be a valuable resource as it provided me with insights, suggestions, and examples that helped guide my decision-making process.
