Design Internship Progress Logs Week 10 Day 5
I prepared user flow prototypes and mockups for the Founders Club user testing. A maker will go through the prototype to accept the invitation, navigate through the pages of the Founders Club, and upload their project and pitch deck.
-
Progress: I learned what one prototype consists of, what are important questions to ask when conducting user testing, establishing goals, and the importance of users' experience and emotions when using a product.
-
Challenges: Creating a realistic prototype to get the most out of user testing. Connecting all pages in one consistent flow, finding and solving potential problems. Creating a flow that will navigate a maker through the journey I designed.
-
Plans: I plan to test the Founders Club with makers and gather feedback. Based on their input, I will modify and change the plans of the Founders Club to ensure a better user experience. I will also focus on solving any UX problems that I was stuck on before. The user testing will be an important step to refine the design of the Founders Club and make it as user-friendly as possible.
