BOLT.FUN should support loading Nostr Relays from user profiles

@MTG I know we had a discussion about this before but @aljaz brought it up during todays' hangout session. He suggests that we load a users relays in our preferred relays section of settings.

We would also need to at some point store these relays to our DB so we can make sure we're publishing to the right ones. There would need to be a sync button also if we don't want to have a CRON job running.
