A raffle game with LNbits

This is a proposal idea!

We have the amazing LNbits Lightning app that can be adjusted for many cool things in real life.

Inside LNbits we have the Events Tickets extension with which we can create specific events and sell tickets for participants. Events extension allows you to make a wave of tickets for an event, each ticket is in the form of a unique QR code, which the user presents at registration. Events comes with a shareable ticket scanner, which can be used to register attendees.

This extension is very simple, but can be used also for a raffle game. Only that needs some adjustments:

• a raffle button, to randomize the winner ticket, right on the event page

• categories of prizes, make it optional to sum all the sats collected and give them as prize or option to create multiple prizes, by levels and amounts.

• generate a LNURL-withdraw QR code for each winner

• optional could be programmed to send automatically to the winner to his own LNURL/LN address, if is provided in the registration process.

• any other option necessary for the raffle.
