"Pub" provides lightning nodes with a nostr native RPC and account system, to power both WebApps and wallets without complicated networking setups.

We believe that nostr is the natural 3rd layer of Lightning, so we've also rebooted ShockWallet to demonstrate it.

By offering turnkey a successor to LNURL and REST endpoints, Pub creates a path for re-distributing the networks custodial bootstraps back to Uncle Jim.
